CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.slackahead.com operated by SlackaHead (Proprietorship Business) in Bangladesh.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
All purchases made on SlackaHead are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, whether accidental, mistaken, intentional, or otherwise.
No refund will be issued for:
- Wrong purchase
- Change of mind
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Device or internet issues
- Non-use or partial use of a course
- Failure to achieve expected results or outcomes
- E-books or downloadable digital materials
2. ONLY EXCEPTION: PERMANENT TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION
A refund may only be considered in one limited case:
If the User is permanently unable to access the purchased content solely due to SlackaHead's own technical malfunction, and SlackaHead cannot fix or restore access after reasonable attempts.
Refund will not apply for:
- Temporary outage
- User's own internet/device problem
- Browser or app compatibility issues
- Problems solved by recommended steps
SlackaHead reserves the exclusive right to determine what qualifies as a permanent technical malfunction.
3. REFUND PROCESS (IF ELIGIBLE)
If you believe you are eligible:

Subject: Refund Request – Technical Issue
Include:
- Name
- Phone/email used
- Order ID
- Course name
- Screenshots if possible
SlackaHead may ask for troubleshooting steps. If verified, SlackaHead may offer:
- Temporary access extension
- Alternative content
- Partial or full refund (at SlackaHead's discretion)
4. REFUND METHOD
Refund is processed only to the original payment method or as credit/voucher.
Time: 7–14 working days
SlackaHead is not responsible for bank delays.
5. CHARGEBACK ABUSE
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Service termination
- Legal action if needed
6. CHANGES
SlackaHead may modify this policy anytime without prior notice.
